Tamara Clarkson's looking for a playmate, not a soul mate. When she's invited to the Sisters of the Booty Call meeting -- where a glass boot holds annotated business cards of men the other women have rejected -- she pulls out the name of a man who sounds perfect. He's a free spirit and doesn't want a commitment. But Tamara doesn't meet Kyle. His cousin, hardworking and responsible Murphy, keeps the blind date to spare Tamara's feelings because Kyle doesn't think she's hot enough. Is Murphy carefree enough for Tamara? Or can she learn to settle down? Innuendo (3), by Crystal Green, has a cute premise. There's lots of internal conflict, although Tamara's reason for rejecting intimacy seems weak. Still, attractive characters make this enjoyable.
