Book Review

Genre: Contemporary Romance, General Contemporary Romance
Sensuality: HOT

RT Rating

With good pacing, humor and believable characters, Shalvis delivers another good read. The mountain adventures of her yummy brooding hero and plucky heroine will definitely heat up readers' cold winter nights.

Accountant Katie Kramer is determined to live life to the fullest after nearly dying in a bridge collapse. She has a hot start when she wakes up with a handsome stranger towering over her. So begins her time at Wilder Adventures and Expeditions -- and with Cameron Wilder, part owner of the company and extreme sports star, who's trying to find purpose after a career-ending injury.

Great sex with Cameron, the bad boy of the slopes, is just what Katie wishes for. The two have an "extreme" bond in bed, but they both must heal from their emotional scars to find a connection beyond the bedroom. (BRAVA, Feb., 320 pp., $14.00)
