Penelope's quiet world changes dramatically when her high-school crush, Simon, walks back into her life. She falls hard for Simon once again and is devastated when a car accident puts him in a coma on their wedding day. When a business trip to Mexico forces her to leave Simon's bedside, Penelope comes face to face with a Simon look-alike and deadly danger. Amanda Stevens pens an intriguing mystery with some surprising twists in Intimate Knowledge (3). But because Simon and Penelope's paths do not cross often, the development of their relationship is hard to follow and lacks sizzle.
