This delightful contemporary romance has surprising depth. Nicholas tackles an interesting set up, in that the hero and heroine are already together, and trying to work through real, significant issues (with a side of hot sex). You'll really feel for them as they both yearn to make it work, but realize that their relationship just might not make it. There are fun antics, yes, but also heartfelt conversations. The characters are realistic, and you'll cheer them on until the very last page.

Isabelle Dixon has been trying to break up with Shane Kelley, and he's just not having it. Shane's a fun-loving, life-of-the-party guy, and Isabelle loves being along for the ride. Or does she? Isabelle's holding back some serious truths about herself, preferring to simply end things with Shane — or maybe she just likes that he won't give up on her. With a planned trip out of town for some much-need rest, Shane hitches a ride, and the two must confront their issues, their attraction — and, oh yeah, deal with the spy sting Isabelle's sister set up for fun.
