After another dull day behind the beauty counter, Bliss Maguire springs into action when a woman faints, leaving her child alone. Dante di Andrea doesn't know what to make of the woman who helped his sister and niece so unselfishly. Struck by Bliss' way with children, Dante offers her a temporary live-in position to take care of his niece. When a single night of passion results in pregnancy, Dante suggests The Italian's Pregnancy Proposal (4). Marriage has never interested Bliss, especially a marriage doomed for disaster, but her intense feelings make Dante's proposal very tempting. Maggie Cox creates vibrant characters whose developing love is a pleasure to read.
