Book Review

JINX
by Meg Cabot

Genre: Young Adult, Contemporary Young Adult

RT Rating

Even if you're not a fan of paranormal books, this one goes down easy, with just the right amount of potions and spells, leaving the story mostly up to the characters. Any fan of Cabot's books will be a fan of this one as well.

Jean -- better known as Jinx because of all the bad luck that follows her -- has to move to her aunt's place in Manhattan to escape something horrible that happened to her back home in Iowa. But back luck follows, and Jinx must figure out if her luck is all up to her, or if there's a curse that's been bestowed on her from generations past.
