Air Force Major Sergeant J.T. Price returns from captivity overseas knowing he and his wife of 20-plus years are divorcing. He loves her but believes he has never been able to give her the life she deserves. Rena loves J.T. but feels they have never communicated. J.T. is a man of few words, and Rena doesn't believe he'll ever change. Then
a mystery affecting their entire family reunites them, and through the crisis, they discover that they still have much to learn about themselves, and each other. In Joint Forces (4.5 ), Catherine Mann beautifully integrates an emotional story of military operations, family life, mystery and passion. The conflict is believable, and J.T.
is a strong, delightful hero.
