Sara Michaels, a Christian music star, finds herself the recipient of threatening letters. Her agent insists on hiring a bodyguard for protection, but both Sara and James, her publicist and romantic interest, dont seem too pleased with the man hired to fill the position. A former undercover cop, Salvadore Crow Tucci isnt your typical protector, with his long hair, leather jacket and tough attitude. But as Sara and Crow spend time together, she realizes theres lots to like about him. Will she tell him the truth about her past or will she send him away and settle for James? JUDGING SARA (3) is a rather slow-paced, somewhat conservative story for Cynthia Rutledge, but characterizations and voice are her usual high standard.
