JUST DESSERTS
by Jennifer Drew

Genre: Series, Harlequin Duets, Previously Published Series Imprints

RT Rating

When he unintentionally gets pastry chef Sara Madison fired, reporter Jeff Wilcox tries to make things right by having a food critic friend find her a new job. The last thing Jeff expects is to run into Sara while he's working undercover at a resort, or to need her help in his investigation of a group of UFO enthusiasts. Despite her conviction that Jeff is jinxing her career, Sara's attracted to him. Against her better judgment, she agrees to lend a hand. Jennifer Drew's JUST DESSERTS (2) has a fairly strong conflict and a good degree of sexual tension between the two leads. Unfortunately, only the hero has solid motivation; the heroine lacks any real depth.
