Quinn Lennox escaped Vamp City, swearing never to return, but her brother’s illness leaves her no choice. She is also aware that the vampires trapped in Vamp City think she holds the key to saving their world and freeing their kind, and they’ll stop at nothing to contain and control her. When her mortal enemy, vampire Arturo Mazza, comes to her asking for help, she agrees to return, but only if certain conditions are met — conditions that include his complete honesty. As Quinn, Arturo and Quinn’s brother fight their way back to Vamp City, Quinn begins to see another side of Arturo. But can she ever forgive him for his past betrayals? (AVON, Jul., 384 pp., $7.99)
