Every now and again, and more often than not, people have to start anew and hope for the best. This is the fate of Jesse Grant, a reporter who was burnt in her most recent relationship. She moves away from her old life and love, bringing most of her baggage with her to Silicon Valley, where she meets Cole, whose luggage matches hers. Their attraction is evident from the first page, like two magnets slowly coming together.

Told alternately from his and her point of view, Jesses sensuality peels away at Coles protective wall. Even though the novel is set in sunny California, there are some dark undertones that can be found even in the concrete jungles of Manhattan. A fast-paced novel that is sure to leave you breathless!
