Egyptologist Lady Judith Cavendish
is cataloging the latest addition to her father's collection when she discovers Morgan Beauchamp snoring among the priceless artifacts.

Morgan is to deliver the shipment and catalogue its contents with Judith. Judith hates to admit that the handsome adventurer stirs up her long-buried yearnings for excitement and passion, but Morgan realizes there's a sensual woman behind her spectacles that he's determined to set free.

Suddenly the servants are attacked, a hand is seen floating in mid-air, priceless artifacts are missing and rumors of a possible curse begin to spread. Morgan and Judith are plunged into an investigation that thrusts them into danger as they follow leads to Egypt.

A bit of The Mummy and a lot of Indiana Jones merge in this entertaining, nonstop read where one villain is uncovered and another appears. Simmons
creates engaging characters and spices
up her romance with plenty of action and suspense to keep you on the edge of your seat. SENSUAL (May, 320 pp., $5.99)
