This book does a good job of reminding us how one bad decision can lead to a domino effect of bad occurrences. confronting the utter selfishness of the character may force readers to re-examine their own lives.

Single mother Peaches Miller is engaged to her dream man. He’s handsome, successful and a great role model for her son. But when her fiancé must relocate for his job, she has to decide whether to follow him or hold on to her independence. Further complicating matters is the fact that her son’s father is back on the scene. (DAFINA, Nov., 320 pp., $14.00)
