Amy Parker is stunned when ex-husband Sam Cutter appears at her school
of dance. The owner of Cutter's Fabulous Burgers chain is looking after niece Mariah—one of Amy's pupils—while
her parents are away for three weeks.
The Cutters' tempestuous and short-
lived marriage ended over a decade
ago, but the fireworks between Amy and Sam are still very much alive. The Last Time We Kissed (3) will win readers with alluring hero Sam and a few original plot elements, though Ann Roth's characters wrangle so much one wonders
why they would ever seriously contemplate a relationship.
