THE LATIN LOVER'S SECRET CHILD
After a bad case of encephalitis causes Anabella to lose five years of memories, she believes she still is with her true love, Lucio Cruz, who will soon be her ex-husband. When Lucio hears that Anabella is asking for him, he drops everything to be at her side, hoping to win her back. As she recovers her memories, Anabella begins to insist that their child is alive and didn't die all those years ago. They start out looking for the boy that could possibly be their son and rediscover a love of their own. Jane Porter's THE LATIN LOVER'S SECRET CHILD (2) has a very interesting premise; however, it is hard to empathize with the characters. The heroine seems childish and the hero too wishy-washy.
