THE LAW OF ATTRACTION
by Kristi Gold

Genre: Series, Silhouette Fortunes of Texas, Previously Published Series Imprints

RT Rating

After spending a memorable New Year's Eve together exploring their long-simmering attraction, defense attorney Alisha Hart and Assistant
D.A. Daniel Fortune are dismayed to unexpectedly find themselves on opposite sides of a high-profile case. The
ethics of continuing a relationship are questionable, but Alisha's client is an
exhibitionist aspiring actor, not an ax murderer, and the trial's a bit of a circus anyway. Which is good, because Alisha
can't stop thinking about Daniel, and
he can't seem to keep his hands off
her! Lighthearted and sexy, The Law
of Attraction
(3) is quite unlike
any of the previous titles in the series. Kristi Gold focuses more on characterization than plot, and the conflict is largely sacrificed to serve the comedy, but it's an enjoyable read.
