Brady Marshall has settled happily into his life alone in Heartbreak, Oklahoma. He works as a deputy, lives in his small home and relies on one-night stands. Never would he give his heart away after the pain he has experienced in the past. Then one night with Hallie Madison wasn't enough, and the woman who was passing through town stays on. Next, a petulant teen with purple hair shows up claiming Brady is her father—and another piece of his perfectly sheltered existence begins to crumble. Now, Brady fights to stay distant from the two women working their way into his closed off heart. Although it takes a while to truly get into LAWMAN'S REDEMPTION (3), the results of Marilyn Pappano's tale are worth the wait.
