Bart Rawlins is accused of killing his Uncle Jeb, supposedly over a feud involving rights to the family ranch. Navigating the legal and investigative process on her client's behalf puts Lindsey in unexpected danger and brings the unlikely twosome together. Ann Voss Peterson pens a great setup with strong leads, but Legally Binding (3) may disappoint some readers, since the the killer turns out to be an unlikely candidate.
