Book Review

LETHAL JUSTICE
by Fern Michaels

Genre: Mainstream, General Mainstream Fiction

RT Rating

Michaels' latest installment in her Sisterhood series is filled with enigmatic characters and a well-executed plot for revenge. The interpersonal stories are as captivating as the quest for vengeance, proving again that Michaels is a top women's fiction writer.

The Sisterhood's latest act is to avenge Alexis Thorn, who was framed by partners in her firm and served time in prison for securities fraud she never committed. Alexis and her sisters execute a plan where the women will frame the bad guys for wiping out a fictitious woman's accounts. As they work together to formulate their plan, the sisters must thwart the investigative efforts of a pair of nosy reporters who threaten to expose their previous and future plans.
