The conclusion to the Guardians of Justice series will leave readers satisfied. Hannon has a wonderful gift for engaging her readers in the emotions and plight of the characters. Easy pacing, with moments of moderate tension, make this a great summer read. It can be read on its own, or as part of the series for even more enjoyment.
Kelly Warner cannot believe her father took his own life. Even though she has proof that it was murder, the local police aren’t anxious to give her credibility. When she lands in the ER with a mysterious illness, it leads detective Cole Taylor to wonder if Kelly could be on to something.
