Seeing her screenplay produced is a dream come true for Emily Hunter. The film's going to be shot in her hometown, which brings stuntman Reece McKellen into her life. Unlike the actor he's doubling for, Reece is the genuine article, but he's too busy raising his orphaned niece to be interested in romance. Reece can't resist Emily, though, or the entire Hunter clan for that matter. Patricia Thayer wraps up Love at the Goodtimes Cafe with Lights, Action...Family! (3), a pleasant story. But the romance often seems secondary to the plot, and there's not much sexual tension between Emily and Reece.
