LORD OF THE WOLFYN (4.5) by Jessica Andersen: Twenty years after the blood sorcerer takes over his father’s castle, killing his parents and sending their land into ruin, Prince Dayn of Elden finally gets the chance to return from the land of the wolfyn — where he was sent by his parents for his own safety when the sorcerer attacked. After Reda Weston of Salem, Mass., finds herself in the land of the wolfyn, Dayn realizes that she is the one who is supposed to guide him home to lead a rebellion against the blood sorcerer and help him and his siblings take back their land. Andersen’s latest is a nonstop carnival ride of excitement, danger and sexual tension. Dayn is irresistible, and the sexual tension between Reda and Dayn is potent. Both characters are also quite likable in their desire to overcome challenges.
