LOVE AND THE SINGLE DAD (4) by Susan Crosby: Journalist Donovan McCoy is headed out of town when his late ex-lover's mother arrives with 5-year-old Ethan, the son he never knew about. Hiring attorney Laura Bannister to represent him is tricky. They have a history, and she refuses to get reinvolved while she's his lawyer. Business concluded, they do become lovers -- but Laura wants to keep that a secret. Normally, Donovan wouldn't mind, but he's thinking about marriage and more children, unaware that she can't have any. Laura is sure that's a deal-breaker for him. Well-written characters with sizzling chemistry and a heart-tugging obstacle to forever make this one very good read.
