FOR LOVE OF HAWK (3), by Cheryl Wolverton, is the second book in a series and seems to lack the authors usual appeal. In addition, the heroine is a little too klutzy, initially, for this reviewers taste. At the end of the first book, Julian McCade arrived back in Hill Creek, Texas to open a medical clinic. Julian, the youngest of the brothers, doesnt know who his new partner is, but hes eager to get to work. That is, until Susan Learner pulls up to the clinic. Can it be that she is to be his co-worker? Heaven help them, then, as they deal with angry board members, interfering big brothers, and each other. Lots of incidents keep the story moving.
