LOVE POTION #9
by Claire Cross

Genre: Fantasy, General Fantasy

RT Rating

When a handsome gentleman moves next door to a pretty lady, romance can bloom! However, when that pretty lady calls herself a witch, and on
their first meeting wrestles him to the floor and makes passionate love to him, whats
a man to do?

Lilith has waited for centuries to reunite with her soulmate, Sebastian. Still waiting and growing impatient, she casts a spell to bring her one true love. When she sees Sebastians countenance in her new neighbors face she believes the spell has brought them together, when actually her blinking sign, LoveMatches, has brought hard-nosed reporter Mitch Davison to her door to confront her as a charlatan.

However, Mitch does not remember being Sebastian and Lilith must use all her powers to convince him.

Add to the mix the well meaning Andrea, Mitchs step-mother, a cat and dog and kids, and Ms. Cross gives the reader a journey that is entertaining and unforgettable. Her characters (even the animals) all have depth. LOVE POTION #9 is utterly charming, mixing a centuries-old myth and a modern day love story with a fast-paced plot that keeps you laughing and wondering if you can really believe.
