Beth Carlson and Clay Reynolds are about to become neighbors, and they have one thing in common: an overwhelming attraction to each other. But Beth has a 15-year-old son, and he is her world, so she doesn't intend to act on what she feels for Clay. In Merrillee Whren's Love Walked In (3), Clay also feels that he can't act on his feelings for Beth, since she has no apparent relationship with God. Although the conflicts in this story are almost repetitive, the message of God's forbearance is powerful and encouraging.
