A LOVER'S MASK
Unusual occupations, interesting hobbies, a shady family connection and sexual tension that leaps off the page make AlTonya Washington's A Lover's Mask (4) a great novel. Publisher Countessa (County) Warren is digging up enough dirt on the Ramsey family for an expose. She doesn't count on falling for Fernando Ramsey, her best friend's cousin-in-law, a definite contrast in characters. He owns some seemingly shady businesses, and he and his partner are determined to buy County's publishing company, although she doesn't want to sell it. Their relationship is fraught with conflict as details about one another rise to the surface, and they must overcome extreme danger to be together.
