Jemma Dupre wants to find her independence more than anything else— perhaps even more than love. Until she meets widower Philip Somerville, a man determined to help her, but afraid of getting romantically involved. Philip is worried about their age difference and the fact that he's been married before. Will he let go of his concerns and find God's will for him and Jemma? Or will he push her into the arms of someone else? Gail Gaymer Martin's LOVING TREASURES (3) is a sweet story about a May/December romance. Though the conflict is strong in the hero's mind, the lack of communication weakens this tender love story. Readers will still be rooting for this couple thanks to the author's skill. (#177)
