Annie Lockhart has the gift of "second sight" and dreams about a serial killer who murders couples. She knows he's about to strike again and calls a private detective agency. Lucky Santana, who's assigned to the case, doesn't believe in Annie's skills. But they pose as a
couple at the bed-and-breakfast where Annie feels the killer will strike and
are unable to fight their attraction.
In Lucky's Woman (4), by Linda Winstead Jones, the paranormal
and romantic suspense meld with great skill and intrigue. Fast-paced and full
of instant sexual tension, the book has characters that are well matched and
a mystery that's surprising.
