MAGIC GONE WILD
by Judi Fennell

Genre: Paranormal/Urban Fantasy, Paranormal Romance

RT Rating

In her latest book, Fennell brings us a lighthearted romp centered on a genie with a good heart and a penchant for causing chaos. Cleverly written, uproariously funny, with quirky, interesting characters, Fennell brings us a little paranormal romance, genie style. Definitely worth grabbing for an afternoon beach read!

Genie Vana Aphrodite’s magic has gone haywire, but that seems par for the course lately. She was definitely more than Zane Harrison, great-great-grandson of Vana’s former master, bargained for when he opened an old trunk in his family’s attic. Zane is irritated with Vana, who ruined his family’s reputation through her ineptitude. In spite of this, Vana realizes that she’s falling for Zane. When Zane reveals that he plans on selling the entire family estate — including Vana — she attempts to set things right. But the more Vana tries to mend things, the more mess she seems to create. Is she really cut out for this genie business? (SOURCEBOOKS, Aug., 384 pp., $6.99)
