Abby Morland doesn't look for trouble, but it finds her anyway in this lively, engaging novel with brilliant comic moments, a complicated love story and a heroine readers will adore.

When Abby visits her cousins the summer she is 16, she inadvertently spies the cute neighbor boy and a flirty blonde getting frisky. Years later, Abby and her cousins live in London, and the same flirty blonde comes to visit. Meanwhile, the cute neighbor has become a handsome hunk.

What ensues is a complex mix of attraction, jealousy and betrayal. Perfect comic timing and brilliant plotting make this novel a standout. Readers will fall in love with the fabulously entertaining Abby, who has all-too-human failures but also a pure heart that finds a way to make everything come out right in the end.
