This last installment in McCoy's Goddess trilogy is an excellent finale. The characters are personable and a joy to spend time with, and the secondary romance is quite sweet. The bit of a mystery involving the hero is fun, and the ending wraps up things nicely.

Sent to Earth for a year to prove her worth as the Muse of Beauty, Zoë is on her final month when she meets Theo Maragos, a computer genius who needs to make over his home and himself. Zoë accepts the
job and is drawn to Theo. But she's due to return to Mount Olympus in a few weeks, and falling in love is a big no-no. Yet Theo is determined to keep Zoë with him -- and he has a few secrets
of his own. (Avon, Mar., 384 pp., $6.99)
