MAN UNDERCOVER (4) by Alana Mathews: Attacked as she enters her vacation home, news director Tara Richmond is held by escapees from the local prison. Matt Hathaway has been undercover in prison trying to stop the terrorist activities committed by "the Brotherhood." Taking an innocent woman hostage isn't in the plans and Matt can't let her get hurt. On the run with the Brotherhood members in hot pursuit, Matt and Tara have to convince the police and the FBI of the explosive target. Worse yet, the police have Matt listed as an escaped convict -- with orders to shoot first. This is a great suspense with a colorful cast of characters and enough red herrings to keep the pace snappy.
