Suddenly, Cass Stern's life is spinning out of control. Pregnant by her recently deceased husband, she's also left to deal with her teenage son, her eccentric mother-in-law and a massive debt that could force her to sell her share of the store she co-owns. Enter her first husband, businessman Blake Carter, who wants to atone for the past--and take charge. Cass isn't interested in being rescued, or surrendering to the feelings Blake stirs up, but he's very persuasive. Karen Templeton's Marriage, Interrupted (3) has an unusual, slightly unlikely premise, and many touches of humor add balance to the serious core of the story.
