MATCH MADE IN COURT (4) by Janice Kay Johnson: With her brother arrested for his wife's murder, Linnea Sorensen takes her 6-year-old niece Hanna home to live with her during the investigation and trial. Determined to do what's best for her niece, Linnea agrees to let Matthew Laughlin, Hanna's uncle on her mother's side, be a part of the girl's life -- even though he clearly believes her brother is guilty. Linnea isn't too sure about his innocence either. Johnson wonderfully depicts her characters' emotions. Readers deeply feel Matt's anguish over his sister's death and Linnea's grief and determination to do the right thing.
