MEMORY OF MURDER
MEMORY OF MURDER (4) by Kathleen Creighton: This is a most unusual story, filled with emotion and suspense, but not a completely happy ending. The fifth book in the Taken miniseries concerns Holt Kincaid's family history. Lindsey Merrill asks Det. Alan Cameron to look into a cold case. Her parents had a happy marriage and she grew up in a loving home. But her mother is developing Alzheimer's and insists that Lindsey's father is not her real husband, and in fact killed her true spouse. Her mother also claims she had a son, Jimmy. As Alan and Lindsey track the clues, discovering that neither parent was who they seemed, they heal broken hearts and begin to trust in love again. This is a very moving story with an excellent mystery.
