The final stages of HMG's merger with Japanese firm TAKA are intense, especially for majority owner Helen Hanson and mogul Morito Taka. Their attraction is obvious, and neither side approves. So giving in to their desire could be disastrous and not just in the boardroom. Helen's still dealing with the after-effects of her relationship with George Hanson, and Mori's only marriage was arranged, so he's on unfamiliar emotional terrain.
