Caitlin O'Doyle McMahan has returned to the Rocking M ranch to set up a memorial to her late husband, John. She's certain God has led her back, but the pain is almost as bad as the guilt, especially when she is attracted to Clint McMahan. She knows he will never forgive her for his brother's death and when her horses seem to be causing problems on the ranch, she's certain there's no hope for a relationship between them. Will Clint and Caitlin be able to forget about John and find happiness together? Gena Dalton's MIDNIGHT FAITH (2) is weakened by too much "he thought/she thought." However, the author's imagery was strong and the story pleasant.
