Historical fave Grant takes the Druids and Highland warriors from her Dark Sword series and jumps them to the 21st century. Evil Deirdre has also been transported to the future so the war continues. Grant delivers plenty of dark doings and dangerous magic, all while providing memorable characters.

Warrior Logan Hamilton is guilt-stricken and grieving the murder of his fellow warrior, Duncan. Then he’s yanked through time, following the evil Deirdre. Now in Scotland in 2012, Logan is pulled toward the isle of Eigg, where the Druids once lived.

American Gwynn Austin flies to Scotland on a hunt for her professor father, who has disappeared. Upon her arrival Gwynn starts to feel the pull of magic. She also discovers Logan, a man who seems strangely out of time. Logan offers to help hunt for her father and Gwynn accepts, never dreaming she is about to enter a dangerous world.(ST.
