MISSION OF HOPE (4) by Allie Pleiter: San Francisco, 1906: Nora Longstreet is grieving the loss of her cousin after the earthquake. She is also helping others in any way she can when she meets Quinn Freeman, who is collecting necessities to help people to get by. Quinn is attracted to Nora, but feels he is not worthy of her. When items mysteriously show up after Quinn creates a makeshift message board, Nora has no idea who is doing it, but hopes it is Quinn. This is more than a love story, it is a reminder of how important it is for people to band together in times of need and to let go of past mistakes and start fresh.
