MISTLETOE CINDERELLA (4.5) by Tanya Michaels: After the funeral of her exotic Aunt Jane, demure Chloe Malcolm starts to re-evaluate her quiet life. When her high school crush, ex-major league baseball player Dylan Echols, approaches her at their reunion, Chloe panics and passes herself off as C.J. -- cool, confident and gutsy. Dylan, whose career is in flux, quickly discovers the ruse, but he's attracted and wants to see how far she'll go. Michaels takes a page from a Rock Hudson/Doris Day flick and gives a familiar plot an interesting and fantastic twist -- one that's laden with terrific charm and sexy sparks.
