The second book in the Sullivan series is a winner. Andre weaves a tale of passion and conflict between the main characters. The added element of fame and the fear of being caught by the press makes this story a page-turner, and the chemistry between Marcus and Nicola sizzles right off the page. With the introduction of the other Sullivan siblings, readers will be waiting for more from this author.

Marcus Sullivan just found out that his girlfriend of two years has been cheating on him. With one thing on his mind, he heads to a club to pick up a woman for the evening. Nicola Harding is leading a double life. One part is homebody Nicole, and the other is pop star Nico. After being burned by an ex-boyfriend, Nicola has been flying under the radar of the paparazzi. Then one night she decides she wants to go out and pick up a guy for some fun. There are instant sparks between Marcus and Nicola, but things do not turn out quite as planned. One of Marcus’ sisters is working as a choreographer on a video shoot for up-and-coming pop star Nico. When Marcus visits his sister on set, he is surprised to find out that Nico is his Nicola. But can one night turn into forever? (MIRA, Jul., 384 pp., $7.99)
