Sheriff Eric Oakes is shocked to discover that a half sister he never knew about has passed away, leaving him her 3-month-old twin daughters to raise. To ensure he'd be a suitable father, Laura Cavendish, who is acting foster mother to the twins, gets final approval of the handsome lawman as "daddy." The problem is, she's not certain she can give the babies up. Charlotte Maclay is a gifted author who knows how to reach the reader on many levels. In MONTANA TWINS (4.5), she warms readers' hearts with just the right touches of humor.
