A MOTHER'S WEDDING DAY (4) by Rebecca Winters and Dominique Burton: After putting his father into rehab, Max deRoussillac takes over the reins of the family vineyard, putting him in close contact with Andrea Danbury -- the woman who rejected him on the eve of their wedding. If they're to have a future together, these two stubborn people must push through their past together. Winters' characters in "A Mother's Secret" are wonderful and add color to her story. Samantha Danbury is hunting for her past and any relatives she can find. When she lands in Alaska, her only plan is to meet her recently discovered grandparents. But she falls for Chief Jake Powell of the park ranger service and realizes this is where she's meant to be. However, the only female Jake wants in his life is his dog Beastly. Burton's "A Daughter's Discovery" is a warm and fuzzy read filled with colorful characters.
