While Elizabeth Light, a New Zealand widow and mayor, believes in Luke Carter's camp for underprivileged kids in theory, in reality it's too much to handle, given her own past as a foster child. But once she learns more about Luke and his camp, she quickly sees the value in both. Karina Bliss' Mr. Unforgettable (3) is a pleasant story with a somewhat predictable plot. Bliss does, however, do a nice job drawing her characters, and her descriptions are quite vivid.
