Book Review

by Rachel Cohn, David Levithan

Genre: Young Adult, Contemporary Young Adult

RT Rating

Cohn and Levithan's easy writing again perfectly complements one another in this alternating point-of-view book. The main characters are wonderfully spunky and self-involved, and the additional characters' voices, though not as distinct as they could be, add depth.

Naomi and Ely have always been best friends, and even though Ely is gay, Naomi hoped he'd be her first. When Ely kisses her boyfriend, they must figure out if they can get back what they once had, or if their relationship is forever changed.
