Book Review

NAUTI BOY
by Lora Leigh

Genre: Erotic Romance

RT Rating

This is a strongly erotic romantic suspense. The violence is limited and often takes place offstage. Though the mystery is well plotted, it is difficult to understand why it takes so long to catch the villain. The sex scenes are somewhat repetitious, and no protection is mentioned. Plus, the story would be better if it were shorter. (This book is a rewritten and reworked version of an e-book originally published by Samhain.)

A year has passed since Rowdy left home to finish his stint
in the Marines. Now he's back and planning to offer Kelly what she's
wanted for years. But an attacker has
left Kelly changed; she's no longer happy, bright and fearless. Though her assailant apparently disappeared after the attack was interrupted, Kelly knows he's still around, watching her.

To draw out the attacker, Rowdy and his two cousins must convince Kelly to at least pretend to participate in their sex games, where they will share her favors. But when Kelly seems willing to participate, Rowdy finds himself becoming reluctant. (Berkley Heat, Mar., 304 pp., $14.00)
