A NAVY SEAL’S SURPrISE BABY (4) by Laura Marie Altom: Navy SEAL Calder Remington decides to hire nanny Pandora Moore when the first thing she does is save 8-month-old Quinn’s life. Pandora hopes that this job will help her regain custody of her own 7-year-old daughter, which she lost because of past mistakes. But her past still haunts her and when Calder asks her to leave when she reveals it to him, she realizes she must do this on her own. Trusting him is something she won’t do again, even after he apologizes and begs her to return. This story tackles the struggles an abused, recovering alcoholic heroine faces to once again be a full-time mother. Easy to empathize with, her final triumph and discovery of real love is emotional and heartwarming.
