The minute the call comes in about giant reptilian foot prints in the sand at Paradise Beach, Officer Samantha Bartlett knows there is going to be trouble.

While visiting his aunt in Paradise Beach, TV journalist Derek Diche hears about the Godzilla-sized footprints. His popular television show is based on debunking strange events and myths. Sensing a good story, Derek arrives on the scene with his camera.

Infuriated to see Derek hovering, there is little Samantha can do about it. Soon, everyone, from the mayor on down, is up in arms over the strange events. Things really hit the fan when an enormous egg is found on the shore. Keeping the peace at Paradise Beach as well as everyones sanity in check will be a tough order for Samantha.

Author Sue Civil-Brown pulls out all the stops in this wonderfully warm, hilarious and fun-filled novel. The amazing antics of the denizens of Paradise Beach, Florida hit an all-time high! (Sep., 384 pp., $5.99)
