Image of Nicholas: The Lords of Satyr

This is a well-written story with enough variety in the sexual situations to satisfy just about any reader. The characters are complex and intriguing, and the leading man is the sexiest one this reader has seen in a long time! The author has cleverly set the stage for at least two sequels in the Lords of Satyr series and, based on this book, they will be something to look forward to. Readers who like a little non-vanilla sex and a lot of paranormal elements with their romance will not be disappointed.

Italy, 1823. The king of faery is dying, and his last wish is for the three Satyr brothers to find and marry his three illegitimate daughters, who have been raised far away from faery lands. Nicholas is the first to be successful in his quest, and in no time he marries Jane and whisks her away to his castle in the middle of his Tuscany vineyard. Jane has always known there's something "wrong" with her, but eventually Nicholas teaches her that her half-fey blood is nothing to be ashamed of. But will she ever learn how to fully sexually satisfy her lord and husband and live happily ever after as the wife of a Satyr? (Aphrodisia, Aug., 256 pp., $12.95)
